I am trying to sign in to the Best Buy rewards zone but the screen keeps changing and Ican’t find
the activation screen.
After trying several times to sign in. Why can’t you guys make it simplier to sign in instead of going from one screen to another.
Or just send me my rewards point thru the mail, as I previously have received them.

I recieved a text a few moments ago from number 1-347-292-7084 claiming the I uld win a 100.00 dollar gift card all I d to do was enter my cell phone number and when I did it kept cliaming that I had an error but when I put in my home number it claimed that it sent a claim number to that phone. I thought BEST BUY was aq lidigetamet Company and not one that would shit its coustomers like this. I have been using my Reward Zone Card for all of my purchases for the last few years….little did i know that bust buy has no system for tracking your purchases or for reporting errors when you buy and your card is not reporting. I have put about half of my purchases on my best buy card the other i did not. Now I have to go back and find the documentation myself to prove that I actually made purchases to get RZ credits. Best buy is poor at best. If i use my reward zone card and it does not report propertly or at all, you would think that an electronics and computer store would have some type of error reporting system.
i am a customer service representative for best buy.I dowork for the store,not for hsbc.however i can tell you my opinion. As part of my job I process Credit Card Applications for customers. I often have to deal with HSBC myself. HSBC requirements for applying are a valid Driver’s License/Military ID and a credit/debit card just as long as it has a VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS logo.
In my opinion I believe that HSBC could much improve. There are many cons. If you do get a Best Buy card make sure that you and your spouse apply together. If you do not then only the cardholder can obtain any information. A lot of spouses get upset when they call to find out their credit limit and cannot receive it. Another drawback is in the application itself. As employees HSBC requires us to push the Account Shield Program, which is an optional debt Cancellation program. I have to admit it is beneficial to some but others simply don’t need it. If you deny the program you have to sign to deny. You would think it would stop here but when you receive your card HSBC is super sneaky. You have to call to activate your card and guess what the purpose solely is to do???? Try to get you to sign up for Account Shield! Just simply say no…but you do have to call to activate the card.
