why it’s difficult? it only needs to enter the following website – hrsaccount.com and Enter your login ID and Pass.
Why is it so hard to login in to make a payment. I always us a debit card to make all of my transactions and your store only takes cash. And then you go on line to try to make a payment and it so crazy.

Is there a way to set up an automatic payment schedule instead of scheduling individual payments every month?
Any option, that is available, can be found in your account. If there isn’t such an option, that means you cant do it.
All my bill states is “computer software” but exactly what software did I buy? After four phone I learned the charge was an automatic deduction for software renewal. Shame on Best Buy. I gave no approval for this charge. It is hard enough to keep up without having Best Buy charge one account without knowing it. They need to stop this practice.

I was a little discouraged to use the website after reading the comments, but gave it a try anyway. I am not tech savvy, but i found the website to be very easy to use.
This is a fiasco. First, I went into the store to pay my bill by check, was told that they accept check or cash. I had a bank check in hand and was told that they do not accept starter checks, and it positively was not a starter check. This check came from my bank and had all bank info on it plus the routing numbers and account number and my husband and my name on it from bank. Nope was’nt good enough. Called customer service and was told could’nt pay by charge card, could pay by debit card. They then wanted the 3 digit code on back of card which had worn somewhat and not legible enough to be sure. The funny thing is I’m guessing I could pay on this site with my credit card. I guess my complaint is that if my debit card is good enough to pay my bill by phone, why is it not good enough to pay using it in the store, and if my credit card is good enough to pay my bill online, why is it not good enough to pay using it in the store. Go figure.
It is danged difficult to get into the right place to pay the hrsaccount bill. There’s too many other look-alikes that come up before finally clicking on the right high-lighted line that has “hrs” in it.
Your site makes it too hard to sign up. I finally waited on the phone for 25 min before customer service answered to tell me it was a problem with the site and iPad 2 user interface. Arghhh. I went to the pc and signed up no problem. Let’s hope I can now sign in on the iPad to pay my bills.
Can’t understand the complaints about being so hard. Once you set it up, which is quite easy, it is just like all the transfers are do to pay all my credit cards.
why when i try set up my account and make a payment’the page show that the software was blocked just when i true my card information,now whats gone be happen with my personal information.
I felt like I had to jump through hoops to get registered, but once I got my account set up, it was easy to make a payment.

I will pay by check as well and make you spend the extra money on a paper bill and processing my check. I used this before, I think, did you change it? This is the stupidest site on the globe, I can usually navigate them all but this is dumb and I guess Best Buy lost my business too.

The admin., reply is just simply go to web address given, once thats open there is no option to log in anywhere. Its not that simple as you put, after and hour i've given up, maybe try again tomorrow, every month its a guessing game, any other credit card account i have has log in as soon as the website opens. This is unbelieveable!!!!! Big waste of time.
